Fun Friday!

My cupcakes worked really hard on their first math tests this week!  I decided to do something a little lighter and relaxing with them after the chapter 1 test. What's more relaxing for a kindergartener than painting?! They had a super time working on Autumn centerpieces. The children are very excited to take home and display their festive trees when they dry!

Fun Friday!

Fall smells like....

Today we worked on putting sentences together on the SMARTBoard. We learned that the words we write need to be in order so the sentence makes sense. We also got to sample some "Fall Smells" to get ready for our "Fall Smell" writing on Monday.

Fun Friday!

We had a great time today learning about a new math vocabulary word! Our new word is EQUAL. We practiced using our "math talk" while we created equal sets of apples.

A few changes...

Wow! I can't believe September is already here! This new month brings some new changes. Richey has added a 6th kindergarten class due to the class sizes and class size amendment. We would like to welcome Mrs. Loiacono to the Tiger Cub team! With that comes a slight specials time and schedule change. Please see the parent information section for our new schedule.
